Hello, I am about to create UAE Paypal account but I would like to know whether the guest checkout option (no need to register for buyers http://imgur.com/a/Qdoox) is viable in the country. Do you have some list of all countries where it is available and how it works? From my experience it depends mainly on the country where the buyer is from but then again I am not sure. Thank you.
