My wife just got issued a emerald card for H&R Block. We want to load funds from it to our sons pay pal he’s currently no living at home. Can we use our pay pal account and link the emerald card to send him money?
It should work as long as the name and address associated with the card is the same as what is registered with the PayPal Account. In other words, if the PayPal account is in your name and the card is only in your wife's name, you won't be able to link it.
