Curently having trouble adding a card to my account...

Through ebay the window it sent me let me enter my info, then it repeted the same box, I went directly to my paypal account... it doesnt show the information in my wallet, so i continued to try to add it. imidiatly it told me it was having trouble with this process and to try later. Anyone having the same complication?
