Gcash transfer fund

Hi, I just want to ask about transfering fund from paypal to gcash. I used my gcash app and click cash in and log in to my paypal account and enter the amount to be transferred. Click confirm, but then there's a promt saying " The payment cannot be processed because there is no payment source available. What should I do? Please help me. Thanks!

I don't know if ypu guys making excuses that you really dont want the balances to be transfer... i ask bank a while ago about paypal transactions and they told me they dont have any link transactions to Paypal anymore... my refund is still nothing and now i cant transfer to gcash too...

Tried calling earlier to your hotline, and when I got the chance to be transferred to a real human, you guys just cut me off the line. Ridiculous! I need my money.

Hi Michelle, I tried escalating this to your team. Someone tried to call me but I missed the call. They call me @ 11:32pm, we are already in deep sleep. I emailed you team as well several times about this but the refer me to gcash and gcash refer us to Paypal which is annoying. Base on the error, I would say IT'S PAYPAL NOT ALLOWING US TO TRANSFER OUR HARD EARN MONEY TO GCASH FOR FREE.

I have the same error and i ask support. Refer below. And unfortunately, the response below does not solve the primary concern. Can somebody from support address this. My gcash is verified, my paypal email is verified, my paypal number is verified, i have us and peso currency. I have funds. My card is not maxed out. My details in the bank and cards are the same with paypal. I have tried in smaller value. Could somebody rectify this issue. Asap. I received the same email just now. Has your issue regarding the transfer of funds from paypal to gcash been resolved? If so, how was it handled?

i can't withdraw my money on paypal using Gcash account cuz always telling no source is available pls fix this i need this money.
