How long does it take to get any response from PayPal customer service

Hello,
Yesterday or 2 days ago I wrote to PayPal customer service , and asked to downgrade my account type from bussiness to personal.
the problem is i still didnt receive any response.When i was writing this "mail", I saw that I should get any request in 24 hours.
Can anyone help me>

You need to phone PayPal support for this change.  You cannot do it by email.
