I am Unable to Withdraw My PayPal Funds into My Payoneer Card

I have Paypay Individual Account of Dubai, UAE and now i am in Pakistan. I am trying to transfer my PayPal Balance into my Payoneer Card. Also Putting my First Century Bank USA as Account information but PayPal not accepting it. Any body tell me how it is possible? or any other way to withdraw from paypal?

Paypal is country specific so you should only use a paypal account that is registered to the country you are a resident of.

Secondly paypal does not support Payoneer.
