Streaming Business Name???

So I'm a new Twitch streamer, and I've been taking donations until I can get partnered with Twitch.

However, it puts my legal name on invoices and I'd really rather not have that happen. So I think upgrading to a business account is going to have to be the way to do that, but I have questions. 

1. Will it still put my real name on invoices?
2. Should the 'legal business name' be my pseudonym (aka the name I go by in streams and on YT)?
