Invalid card number. Please check the number and try again.

I have recently received a new bank card. The only difference is that I have a new CSC number and I have moved house. I could not edit the old card details so I removed them. Now when I try and enter the new card details, I am told "Invalid card number. Please check the number and try again."

Card number is correct, expiry date entered correctly in the format mm/yyyy, 3 digit CSC number is correct.

Exact same situation! I called and PayPal couldn't figure it out..
