Problem with withdrawing funds on MasterCard

Hello everyone, 

I couldn't find this in question asked earlier. 

There is a problem on my PayPal account, new Master Card isn't recognized by Pay Pal ( verification passed successfully )

On withdraw page, I can see only my Visa card added previously and this one is working fine. 

Can you please update me on this, there are some funds I have stuck on PayPal right now.

You can't withdraw to a credit card in the U.S.

You are posting on the U.S forum.

You have not bothered to either say what country you are in OR

registered it so we can see it on your profile.
