I am trying to access the Wallet. I can get into Account History just fine. Anytime I attempt to access Summary or any other tab for that matter, I get a redirect loop message. I have already deleted cookies and history as well as tried incognito mode in Chrome. Tried in Firefox and IE and still same message.

I have the same exact problem. I called before and the person who attended me gave me a few suggestions to try out like changing my password, trying it on a different system, and on a different browser and none worked. We came to a conclusion that a paypal update must have caused this and that it should be fixed soon...but that was almost one month ago. Still having this problem for 2 months now. Thought I was the only one having this problem.

So I found a solution and its a bit troublesome but it works. You can try making another account and call paypal to cancel your first account and if you have any money in that account you can tell them to transfer it to your new account. After you complete that, then you can link your new account to your bank account and your debit/credit card and you'll be set.

1.5 years later, this is still not fixed. I cannot log into my account. "Too many redirects." Every browser. Every operating system.

This is ridiculous. I've had the same problem for months now. How has this not been fixed? Please correct me if I am wrong, but I have not seen any solutions to this.

Previous posters on this thread have described not identical problems with their PayPal accounts. It would be helpful if you described the steps you use to arrive at the point of failure, and post a screen shot or description of the failing page.
Also include your computer type (laptop, tablet, iphone, etc), operating system (Windows 7, Mac, etc) and browser (IE9, Firefox, etc).

I'm having the same problem at the moment. I have tried to log in on several browsers but can't. I've cleared the cookies and cache in all.
On Chrome the error is a redirect loop error. On Firefox it says the page isn't redirecting properly and on safari it says too many redirects.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Not to sound like a jerk but this is the issue with support reps you don't bother actually reading the what people are saying you post things from a script and say your job is done. If you had read it you would know that yes, people are having "identical" problems and trying things such as different web browsers. There being "oh so many to choose from" and different computers with different configurations. This tells me one thing your system is broken and needs to be fixed. Get your heads out of the sand and get on those IT people your paying so much money to do their jobs. All they need to do is open up the script and see why its activatng so many redirects. Honestly there shouldnt be but one when you click on a link, so if people are getting an error for to many then from what I know of coding its a simple fix. "Simple" being relitive to your IT departments competency.

Ah! I have the same problem. Dosent matter if use IE, Firefox or Crome, even my phone browser and paypal app. I log in as normal. Then it stars to redirect me to the summary page saying 'wait one moment'. Then times out and gives me a browser screen saying 'to many redirects, please try again'. I've found a backdoor into Paypal via my ebay but if i click on the 'Summary' or 'Money' links its times out again saying that the same things about to many redirects. I'm running a busniess here! How am I ment to do that with being able to move money around?
Any advise?
