Hi i bought a cpu around 2 months ago and i have only just finished buying the rest of my components around two weeks ago i have set the system up and i cant get it to run in dual channel i have had it in the shop they said the memory controller isnt working in the cpu i contacted seller as he said it has 1 year oem warrenty but he doesnt want to help and said i must have over clocked cpu i wouldnt know where to start with overclocking where do i stand. Edit** seller has said he will send me another cpu if i send him the faulty one back how should i go about this so i dont get ripped off.. i know to send it tracked and signed for anything else i should do? I have opened a dispute on paypal i paid £165 for cpu i just dont want to send it back for the seller to keep both payment & cpu.. He has agread to sending a replacement once he recieves the faulty one back. How should i go about sending it back so i dont lose out i know to send it tracked and signed for should i contact paypal and let them know whats going on.. I just need a bit of guidance on how i should do this am i protected by paypal if i send it back tracked and signed for or is there anyway i can get paypal involved in this so they know whats going on and i dont get scammed.. Thanks Ash.
