Linking Paypal to Alipay account

does anyone know if it is at all possible for me to link my Paypal account to a Alipay account? if possible, can you please help me by giving me  some step by step instructions.....

Don't think so, but you can contact Alipay yourself and ask:

Hi Snowhoe, The reason that I want to link the two accounts is due to me opening up a taobao.com account and I wanted to find a safer way for paying for items that I purchase. Also on taobao.com there is a link for instructions on how to link the two accounts ( I think) but the page is in Chinese and google translate will not translate the page; but I just thought of a work around. I'll see if I can find the link and post it here within the next couple of days.... Thanks a lot for your reply though.....
