Voided Label Results in Paypal Holding Funds after Delivery?

I had to void and reprint an ebay shipping label. The "new" tracking number on the reprinted label shows up when I track through ebay, but not through paypal. I would've thought the updated info would've been transferred to Paypal, as all other shipping info seems to be.

I haven't found a way to edit the tracking info for paypal. As a result, Paypal thinks the item has not been delivered yet, and so they are still holding the funds. The item was actually delivered on June 22nd. Is there anyway to edit/update the label so that Paypal will be recognize that it has been delivered??

You should be able to edit the tracking number... login to your PayPal account, click on the payment's "Details" link, scroll down to the shipping section of the Transaction Details page and click on the "Edit Tracking Info" link.

Thank you for the reply.

For some reason, there is no "edit shipping" link on the transaction details page for this particular transaction. I have seen the link on other transactions, but in the shipping section for this one it only gives the options "Print Packing Slip" & "Manange Your Shipment (such as void, reprint or print another label)."

I've tried the Manage Your Shipments link, but it doesn't allow for editing the tracking info. Very frustrating.
