Can't login to my personal Paypal account

I have two Paypal accounts, one personal and one business. My business account is fine but I can't log into my personal account. It won't accept the password or email. I have not changed anything and trying to contact Paypal is just running me around in circles asking me to log in first! That's just completely ridiculous as obviously I CANT log in!
Anyone else had these sorts of issue and if so how did you resolve it?

You can use the ''guest option'' when you call.
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
Advice is voluntary.

Hi Like you I also have two accounts.I can get into one fine but I can not get into my second at all.I have tried ringing paypal but like yourself I to keep going around in circles..

I can't log in to my personal account either! I have a recurring monthly payment that needs to be cancelled but as I can't log in, I can't cancel it!
