I can't access my old paypal because i forgot password and i dont have that phone number i used anymore

And i don't have a bank account, i'm underage and my parents wont let me use theirs so i can't accept payments, i have a YouTube channel and sell merch and i wanted to use paypal to get the money but can't because i can't accept the payment, advice anymore?
