I need help returning my account status to normal. It loops back to restricted.

Hello I've been having trouble with PayPal since some time in November...

 

I've been restricted on my account since then and have been attempting to resolve the issues through the resolution center which I think is bugged or something.

 

I was told by the notification center that my account is now limited and I cannot recieve any money due to possible fraudulent activities and I could lift these limits/restrictions by adding more information to my PayPal account. So upon going through the process of adding and verifying all of the information requested such as bank statements and drivers license, my account was put back to standard for the whole of ten minuets before the account status was put back to the restricted for the exact same reasons and the same data was now being requested all over again!!

 

I have submitted the same information to the resolution center and it seems that no human is dealing with this otherwise I am sure it would have been fixed a long time ago...

 

The one piece of information I am not able to include on my account is a verified bank account, I was having trouble with my bank account taking money from me without notice and when I was calling them to sort it out they would put me on hold and hang up every time, before that I was blocked from my online banking by then because the woman on the phone didn't think that I was me. The whole experience with that bank (Halifax) has been terrible and I told them I would no longer be using their bank and I would be dropping my account completely. So I no longer am able to verify the account on my PayPal and I don't quite know how to remove it either.  I have not yet found a bank that I am happy to sign up with and that whole situation with my previous one has left me a little paranoid about it so I cannot include a verified bank account but PayPal have all other relavent information they could need to help me fix my account status.

 

I am not quite sure what to do as the system continues to ignore my information and puts my account back into fraudulent status...

 

If someone who is able could look into this it would be greatly appreciated, I will happily provide information relevent to this resolution center task if and when PayPal officials so to speak, ask for such information to help me. I am not quite sure where else to post about this and I have no access to any kind of phone to be able to call in and sort it out, the best line of communication I have is e-mail or this here forum.

Oh ok, thanks for letting me know I wasn't aware that it was a user to user forum and no I hadn't considered using those platforms as a means of communication but I will give it a shot because every time I email any contact I could find I would always get a robot responding with pasted text linking me to the FAQ and support docs. Quite annoying if you ask me.

 

Thanks for the reply I'll try Facebook first as you can write up a full response on there.
