Hi there, I have been charged for something and somebody I have no recollection of. The shop identifies itself as RSMACHIN 35314369001 ES in my account. How can I cancel such a charge?

Welcome to the PayPal community and that's a great question to start with.

If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorise, let us know right away in the Resolution Centre:

1. Under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre.
2. Click Dispute a Transaction.
3. Select Unauthorised transaction and click Continue.
4. Follow the steps to report the transaction.

Remember, you’re protected against unauthorised transactions sent from your account.

Be sure to check your pre-approved billing agreement payments. This charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past.

Here's how to check and cancel your pre-approved billing agreements.

1. Click Settings at the top of the page.
2. Click Payments.
3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
5. Click Cancel.
