Send money via email

Hi I hope someone can help me with this. I found a seller on facebook and ordered some goods , the seller told me to send her the money via PayPal (on her e mail address ). Now I feel as if she's being dodgy , telling me different things about delivery and ignoring my msgs . If she is fake will PayPal refund my money? Kind regards
