Viewing messages

When I click on "Messages", I see "Inbox(2)", but cannot see what I need to do to view these messages.  Can someone point me in the right direction, please ?

Thanks for your response, but that's exactly what I've been doing - I've just tried again - and it doesn't work.  Any suggestions as to what the problem might be ?

Thanks for this, but I am clicking on "Inbox" and it is not responding - nothing happens !
