It says that my card is attached but my balance is zero, from a post i saw it said that that doesnt matter as long as my card charges, but when i tried to buy potcash from a online game called brightshadow i couldnt.
I am having the same problem. I also have a walmart visa and paypal won't allow me to transfer funds to my account. It keeps saying I need a bank account, which I don't have. Did you ever figure out how to do it?
You must first wait until you have the actual card with your name on it. Not the TEMPORARY. Once you obtain the new card. Make sure there is money on the card. Then proceed to add information to paypal. You should be able to link them within mins. I am a very big fan of my walmart visa. and these are the steps i went through.
P.s. they dont take money from your card u simply are linking them to be able to withdraw from your card when you make a purchase.
