I used to be able to do this, it was an easy, convenient, safe way for me to buy things online. Why this is not an option anymore? I haven't boughten anything online for a while and just now saw the change, and I am pretty upset, considering I just bought a gift card for the sole purpose of using it through Paypal. Without a bank account it looks like the only way I can buy from most stores on Ebay and other places which require Paypal is by using a Green Dot Moneypak. I wouldn't mind this half as much if I could use the Gift Card through Moneypak online but I can't. I have to now go back to the store and hopefully find one of their gift cards to use, which is annoying and a hassle. It's almost like Paypal is intentionally making it as difficult as possible to use, when it used to be easy.
I am wondering why this change took place, if there is any other option for me than the one stated above, and if anyone else experienced this frustration when they realized their gift cards were worthless.
