I used a GreenDot MoneyPak back in Feburary and transfered 250$ to my account. 250$ is the limit you can transfer in a year (unless you add your information & I do not want to do that). My question is, can I make a new PayPal account and go buy another GDMP and transfer those funds to the new, unverified account and still be able to send money (to buy)?
