Every where possible is my new email address with sky provider (which has been for the last few months -email outlook) but on my selling page with ebay it states payments are to be paid to my old provider virgin. I have sold a couple of items with new provider then suddenly it changes back to virgin media. have done everything I am supposed to do.
Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with this but you would need to reach out to eBay directly. It sounds like it needs to be updated directly through your eBay account and they will be able to advise you further.
