Help me set-up an account with a Halifax young saver

Hi I got my young saver card from the Halifax, can I set up a Paypal account? PLEASE HELP MEE!!!

Yes you have to be 18 to open a paypal or an ebay account.

My friend opened one with a lloyds tsb under 19's account and he's my age

All i can repeat is that you are not allowed to open an ebay or paypal account until you are 18.

Hey guys,

As Kernowlass has advised, you do need to be over 18 in order to have a PayPal account. If you open a PayPal account while being under 18, you would get a limitation on your PayPal account and you won't be able to use the service again until you are over 18.

@xXTerraHawkXx, can I ask what browser you are using when accessing your PayPal account? If you are facing difficulties, could you please try using a different browser and also deleting your cache and cookies in order to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing. Then if you try entering your DOB again, this may show more years passed 1988.
