I cant sign into my old paypal account and the phone number is wrong so i cant get in

Please help, I made a pay pal account and put the wrong phone number on the account and cant sign in because i forgot the passsword, and cant get a new password because i put the wrong phone number, plus i added a credit card on it so can someone just take off the card so i can put it on my new account?

In a situation such as this, we would recommend contacting Customer Support by phone so we can reset your details fully. We cannot reset your password or remove your details through the Forum, as we would need to verify your details before we make any changes to your account.
