PayPal Changing Postcode

I've been trying to buy an item from the TeaPigs website, I'm a new customer there so I've given them my correct address and postcode. However, when I go to PayPal to pay, it's changed my postcode to an old one. The rest of my address is correct. When I try to fix it, PayPal says the address is being provided by the TeaPigs website, but it cannot be, because it's correct there.
This is not the only website that I've had this issue with. My address is correct on PayPal and the websites I'm trying to shop on, so I don't understand why it is throwing up the wrong postcode.
I did try to contact PayPal using their Contact form, but none of the options fit. I don't know if this is because I have a business account and not a personal one.

Hi Tysha,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
I would suggest logging into your PayPal Account and removing the postal address showing your old postcode. If the card on your account is registered to the address please change this first on the PayPal Account before attempting to remove the old address details.

Thanks for trying to help Siobhan, but as I said in my original post, my address is correct on PayPal.
I made sure I had my address updated when I moved, and it's correct as my home address, my business address (which now have seperate but identical entries), and my card address. The postcode is ONLY wrong when I go to purchase something from certain websites. When I try to correct it, it says the infomation is coming from the store's side, but my address is correct there too. It's happened on Newby Teas' website, and teapig's website so far.
I guess I'll just not use PayPal when buying from those few sites, and if it's the only payment form they take, I'll buy elsewhere.

Hi Tysha,
I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble with this. Do you have an account with Newby Teas that you can log in to. It may be an idea to log in to your account there to see if the address is registered wrong on the account itself. If so you should have the option to change it. Once changed you should be able to continuing buying as normal.
I hope this helps,
Paula
