Remove obsolete Credit Card

I upgraded my CC with my bank; the old CC number being defunct. I have entered the new card details which is both primary & confirmed.

My address & bank account details are unchanged for decades...

I have no pending transactions, I am unable to remove the old card, as it reckons it is a backup....

I know this is a long term PP issue, but it is high time it was sorted.

If you are being advised that your card cannot be removed as there is a payment pending, you may need to contact us and we can assist you in removing the card from your account. It could be a technical issue that is preventing you from removing your card if there are no payments pending. When you contact customer services, we can investigate it for you and if possible, remove the card from your account.
