Upload document (bank statement) to PayPal

I need to upload a bank statement to PayPal to prove my bank account is mine. Please can somebody advise?

My old account had suspicious activity, PayPal locked the account and advised me to open a new account. They asked for me driving licence and bank statement. I have done the first but not the second item.

Normally you can upload files thru the Resolution Center, if you can't do that, then you need to contact customer support direct for assitance.
