I can't add my Visa Electron Debit Card to PayPal account, it works on every page on internet but not on PayPal.
I was in the bank they told me ewerything is ok with the card, the problem is in you.
I want to know if you can manually add my card to my account beacuse I can't make another card and the PayPal is my favourite and the safest option to pay.
