Hi I need to add additional documents so I can withdraw my cash but I tried the resolution centre and it won't let me download anymore so called up PayPal who told me to go to www.paypal.con/il/uploaddoc but all this does is take me back to the resolution centre that tells me it will be dealt with in 2 days. I only want them to remove the old docs so I can put in the new ones to get my cash out😥 Seem to hitting my head on a brick wall
