I just recieved an email saying my account has been limited for selling a item that violated paypal policy?? I had several pending withdawals of over 250+ before this email so does this mean i will not be able to complete these withdrawals which are already pending or only transactions after i recieved the email stating i am limited? Im confused whether the limitation starts from my immediate last transaction or is it all my current pending withdrawals/payments? i have 0.00 in my account but all money is pending withdrawal from yesterday, will these pending transactions complete and my restrictions be enforced from mylast transaction?
I have tracking information on all my transactions so i have proof of delivery so non of these funds have been obtained without sending buyers what they wanted. i have 100% feedback on ebay too not a single complaint.
"You'll be able to withdraw any money in your account 180 days after your last transaction. This is to ensure that we can cover any chargebacks that may be filed on previous transactions during this period. We'll email you when you can withdraw your money."
