Linked account in bad credit now mine blocked

My daughter accidently put her card under my account which hers was in debt They now blocked my account and i cannot withdraw

I would encourage your daughter to contact PayPal and clear the outstanding balance on her PayPal account. Once the account is clear you will be able to request your account is reinstated.
