Hi, I want to ask if it is possible to receive money in my unverified PayPal account from paid survey sites. And can I send money with the same unverified account? What is the exact limit imposed on receiving and spending for an unverified PayPal account? Please can anyone recommend a Virtual Credit Card I can use as a non resident of US to verify my PayPal account.
If you are using a U.S paypal account and are NOT a resident in the U.S then whilst you may be able to accept funds into that account you would neither be able to 'send' 'spend' or 'withdraw' those funds.
Suggest you open a paypal account in your own country and verify it properly.
