I recently put my back account on PayPal and I put my old account number because for some reason my account number has changed but before I realised that my account number has changed I'd already transferred money and it's not in my bank account so I was wondering if it would bounce back or not

If that bank account number exists to another person then it would complete.
If that account number does not exist anymore then it should bounce back to your paypal account.
BUT speak to your bank as if you were the owner of that bank account they may be able to recover it for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
