Almost 2 months ago, I issued a withdrawal of my paypal funds, the status says completed but I do not see the money in my account (it has been nearly 60 days). I have two cards linked to my account, a primary and a secondary one (the primary one is confirmed), issued by the same bank, but different accounts. I don't know why (probably a mistake on my part), but I just now realised that I withdrew the money onto the card that was NOT confirmed. Could this be the reason why my money didn't show up in my account? And if so, what should I do? Should I just go and confirm my card and hope the money will show up, or will it come back to my paypal account, since the transaction was unsuccessful?

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK. You can only withdraw to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I mean bank account, but my cards are linked to those bank accounts, and I access them via my card. So if I withdrew the money onto a non-verified bank account, what should I do?

Normally if they don't process back to your bank account the payments would bounce back to your paypal account balance.
If that happened then the next time you bought something those funds would be used to pay from it rather than from your bank account.
I would double check that it did not bounce back and you did not spend the money by clicking on the transactions around that time and seeing how they were funded.
If that is not the case then contact customer services to put a trace on the funds for you.
Customer Services.
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

That's what I thought, and a friend told me the payments bounce back in a maximum of 60 days (and today would be the 60th day, counting from the day I issued the withdrawal). I didn't use my paypal to buy anything since, so I surely didn't spend that amount by accident. I life in Romania so contacting customer services via phone would be a drag, but I just wrote to them using the facebook link you suggested, so I guess I'll wait and see. Thankyou for your help!
