Impossible to connect over PC browser. Valid credentials flagged as wrong.

Impossible to connect to private account and pay stuff over PC Brave browser with same credentials as with phone... where they work flawlessly. Very irritating to follow all the resetting procedures... that do not change a thing. Just bad informatics? Anyone care to share his frustration or eventual solutions?
