Betfred withdrawal

I am trying to withdraw money from my betfred account. I paid the deposit of £10 through my paypal account with no issues. Now I'm trying to withdraw it, betfred's customer esrvices are telling me that I have to configure my paypal to a gaming account in order to be able to receive my payment back. is this correct? And if so, how do I do this?

Hi SharplesL,

Once you were able to make a payment for gaming there should be no issue receiving funds for this reason as long as there have been no changes on your account.

There are some things that you might need to check. For example if your account is not verified there are some receiving limits. You also need to have confirmed your email address before you can accept a payment. 

If these things are not the issue I'd advise giving customer service a call. They can look through your account and let you know if there is anything you need to do.
