Company logo not showing up on Paypal Invoice

Hi, I am trying to help my client set up her paypal invoice template.  I have provider her with the correct size and spec logo and she integrated it into her template.  This loaded fine and could be seen but when she sent it, the logo appeared missing, just as a red box.  I also tried it through my account and got exactly the same problem.  I have searched the forum and note a few other people are having the same problem but there doesnt seem to be any resolution.  Can anybody suggest a solution please.

Hi there, many email clients (Outlook, Gmail etc.) automatically block images in emails by default unless enabled by the email account holder – perhaps emails from PayPal have not been added to your clients ‘safe’ list?

 

A simple test would be whether any of the other images in the email are appearing correctly (PayPal logo, Credit Card logos etc.). If they are then I would encourage you to contact MTS to report the error. Hope that helps.

All other images are showing fine, its just the company logo.  Not showing for my test email through my own account and not showing on the clients account either. Will keep trying different things.

Hi 

Did you get anywhere with this? I am having same issue. I have tried all file formats and is within the size constraints.

No sorry, I have tried everything too and still get the little red cross! 

 

I have spent hours on it and just haven't got the time right now to mess with it, but if I find a solution will obviously let you know.

Does anyone from Paypal monitor these forums?

Seriously. Our office manager and I just wasted an hour trying all sorts of image formats, resizing... nothing works. It isn't us. It is a PayPal problem. Please fix.

FAO THE GUYS AT PAYPAL -


This is obviously not an issue with just one person, there are a number of us that would like to use this facility on our invoices. Please can you have a look into this matter and post back on here a solution.  We are all spending hours trying to get this to work to no avail. If this is a feature that you cannot get to work then don't you think you should remove it so not to confuse and waste peoples time in trying ! ! !  Smiley Mad
