Company logo not showing up on Paypal Invoice

Hi, I am trying to help my client set up her paypal invoice template.  I have provider her with the correct size and spec logo and she integrated it into her template.  This loaded fine and could be seen but when she sent it, the logo appeared missing, just as a red box.  I also tried it through my account and got exactly the same problem.  I have searched the forum and note a few other people are having the same problem but there doesnt seem to be any resolution.  Can anybody suggest a solution please.

I agree, don't make it an option if it doesn't work! Big time waste of time....

I had this same problem and arrived at a solution. Instead of uploading the photo on the invoice page, click on the tab "Invoice Settings" in the top menu bar. When the page opens, there wil be a menu on the left. Click on "Invoice Logo" and then upload the logo through that screen. It worked for me, but will only work with future logos, can't be used retroactively on invoice drafts, if that makes sense.
