How do I cancel a direct debit on PayPal?

I have a direct debit being paid to a website for membership through my PayPal and I'd like to cancel it but I can't find the option to cancel it on PayPal or the website, can anyone help?

Hi all,
Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
- Select ‘My money'.
- In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update'.
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
- Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.

In certain circumstances the option is not given to cancel a subscription/direct debit. This would therefore indicate customer services have to be contacted?

Hi, after going on my pre-approved payments’ section, i cannot find the ‘Update' button or how to update. please ehlp. Paypal had took over 6 pound of my account just in last 6 days.
