I contacted paypal to verfiy my account.
To do this I was told to visit the link www.paypal.co.uk/uploadstatements
But this doesn't seem to exist, can any help??
Try the Resolution Center from within your Account.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
