Everytime I log into Paypal I keep getting a Authorization Required page come up and I can't do nothing until I fill it in.

It is asking a bit too many questions for my likings.

Never heard that one, think you need to contact customer services. 

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

It  is asking for my cvv code mothers maiden name etc.

I will email them with a screen shot.

I would not email them, they take ages to respond it at all, i would phone if you can.

I cant even get the phone number etc from their website as this thing keeps popping up.

Do you have a phone number? Also do you know the opening hours?
