Not receiving 4 digits bank account confirmation

I tried to add my RBS bank account, but I am not receiving 0.01 $ transfer with the code already for several months, so can't complete this step. I checked transactions history, but there are no sign of paypal transacion, like it was explained in paypal page. Is there possible somehow to resend this code?

I am experiecning the same problem. I have checked my bank account statement and there is no confirmation code transaction. I'm stuck!

Do anyone know where I can ask about it? I am not sure if I would ask in my bank that they would know something about PayPal, while when I am asking in PayPal I usually getting answers to check with my bank account. So it's like enclosed circle.
I also didn't found direct posibility to ask or call to PayPal, as they are using auto-answering, not directly connecting with operator?

Hi chanfort,
If you have not received the deposit with your PayPal code it may be because your bank did not accept our direct debit agreement. That is something we set up so you can make payments with your bank account.
To send the agreement and the code again, all you need to do is remove your bank account from your PayPal account and add it back on. This is how http://ow.ly/O8nZW .
