Transferring money from Spain to England

I have a Paypal account that I set up on my computer in Spain.  I want to be able to send money from that account to a bank account in England.  However, when I try to add a new bank, I only get the option to add Spain or USA.  Does anyone know how to do this.

Hi there skippyesp, 

PayPal is country specific therefore if you have a Spanish PayPal account you can only add a Spanish or a US bank account. 

If you reside in both countries you can open up a UK PayPal account and add your UK bank account if you wish.
