William Hill & Ladbrokes Deposit help..

Hi all,

So I went to go and have a little flutter on William Hill earlier, but when I went to deposit money into my account I got the following error

"Payments to this merchant are not available from the country where your bank or credit card on your PayPal account is registered."

So I go into Live Chat and got informed that it was paypal that rejected it and not William Hill.. So after a long boring night I decided to try Ladbrokes, But got greeted with the same error..

Does anyone know what I need to do??

Hi there Muffin1882,

It sounds to me that there may be an issue with one of the credit/debit cards on your account that is preventing you from completing a payment to either website.

The best thing for you to do is to call us or email us and we can investigate it directly on your account for you. This can be done by clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' or 'Email Us' option.
