I have ordered some gamsat books on-line even though I did not use my paypal links (even though I had an account with pay pal and was reminded by them to do so), I ordered the books using my card details but I cannot retreive these ebooks. Can someone help?
If PayPal wasn't used to pay for the books the only ones that can help are your card company or the merchant themselves. My advice would be to contact the merchant first to see how you get on with them.
