how do i exept payments from ebay or if some one is trying to send me money 🙂

You put your email addy that is linked to your paypal account in the payment section/paypal box during the auction process.

Then when the buyer checks out they pay into your paypal account.

If its not an ebay transaction then all someone needs is your email addy that identifies your paypal account.
