Hey there bejo-123,
You would need to request the tracking information directly from the seller if you are unable to view the number in your transaction details.
I’ve just edited your transaction id for security as these are specific to your account alone.

Hi there Bejo-123,
From your reply, it looks like the first number in your sellers response is the transaction id of the payment and the second one is the tracking number for the item being posted to you.
I have edited your response due to security reasons.
If you have still not received the item that you have purchased from your seller, you can file a dispute through your account by following the steps I have included below:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
3. You will have the option of:
• Clicking the ‘Dispute a Transaction’ button, or
• Clicking the heading ‘Report a Problem’ and then clicking the ‘Report a Problem’ button.
4. Select ‘Item dispute’ and click ‘Continue’.
5. Click the 'Find transaction ID'. A new window displays your transaction history.
6. Click the ‘Transaction ID' you want to dispute.
7. Click ‘Continue’ and follow the instructions.
You have 45 days after the date of the transaction to open a dispute. A dispute can be escalated to a claim by either party within 20 days of the dispute being filed, at which point PayPal will investigate the claim and decide the outcome.
I hope this helps,
David.
