I made a purchase via EBAY and paypal, the transaction on paypal says its unclaimed I've cancelled it and posted again and the same thing happened, I contacted the buyer who confirmed no payment and it has never happened b4, so. Again I cancelled the transaction and sent funds directly through paypal and got an email to say payment has been sent but on my history its come back as unclaimed but now it says the email address Is unregistered, so does the seller need to sort that out 1st b4 the payment will go through.
