How to add an international billing address to a US issued credit card

Hello

I have had a paypal account for ages but recently moved overseas (I'm a US citizen with a US issued Credit Card) My US issued credit cards now have an international billing address (i.e. I recieve my bills outside of the US)

How can I go in and update my credit card information in my existing Paypal account with a new international billing address.  Currently there is no option for adding another country.

Hi I have exactly the same problem, I even have my US bank account linked to my PayPal account, however now it wont let me add the new international billing address..  Anyone can help?

Same exact situation for me. US Citizen with a PayPal account for almost 10 years now, yet can't update my credit card & bank billing info now that I live in Europe (but still have all US accounts). No option other than "USA" is listed in address field. Come On Pay Pal: get with the times! It's 2011, lots of people live abroad!

Since I am soon to be in a similar situation and there seemed to be many posts like this one unanswered by PayPal, I called them.  After being transferred to an account specialist, I found out that you cannot have a US PayPal account with an international address, even when all associated banking institutions might be in the US.  If I were to set up an international PayPal account with an international address, even though the associated bank accounts might be with US banking institutions, there would be fees for both bank and credit card transfers because the system doesn't look for where the banking institutions are but where the PayPal account is.

I am in the same situation here. Sure is nice to see paypal provide answers in a timely fashion

similar problem here!  Moved from Canada to US and I don't have the option to change my billing address to US.

Please help!
